ORDERING:
For all orders, you can contact us in various ways via:

PAYMENT:
1) Once order is confirmed, please proceed with payment to POSB saving acct 292-00242-4.
2) Please note No payment = No order, 50% deposit is required to pre-order the items.
3) We will process the order only after payment is received.
4) Strictly NO refunds/cancellations/exchange on goods sold once payment is made. Full refund if item is out of stock.
5) Once transfer is done, please email to [email protected] or PM your mailing address, transaction details and mode of delivery.
6) Paid orders will be mail out within the next 1 to 2 working days from Mon-Fri after payment made
TIMELINE :For customised items or titbits package, please place the order at least 2 week before the collection date. Otherwise, there will be surcharge 10% to 20% for an urgent order.
PRINTING:
1) All final artwork has to be verified by customer before printing up to 3 changes. Thus, no alteration is allowed once once order is confirmed. Customers are required to verify the wordings are spelled correctly, we will not hold any responsibilities for any spelling mistakes once printing s completed.
2) Actual colors may vary from the color on your screen due to monitor color restrictions.
3) Ensure that your item and size are stated correctly. There is no exchange or refund will be allowed for any reasons whatsoever
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
1) By normal mail: postage will be advised upon confirmation of order according to SingPost rates, up to a maximum of 2kg.
2) Registered mail: Additional $2.25 on top of normal postage rates, provide tracking number
3) By courier: $5 to $13 per parcel depending on the size of parcel.
4) Self Collection - (strictly by appointment to ensure that items are packed)
AMK weekday from 9am or 5pm or Choa Chu Kang weekend or weekday after 7pm
Registered mail is strongly encouraged as we have cases that customers opt for non registered mail and the items never reach them nor return to us. For non registered mail there is no way to trace where is the items. We are not liable in the event is lost or damage during transit.
Please note that with effect from 1 Oct 2014, there will be new postage rates by Singpost and Ta-Q-BIN delivery services to adjust rates and continues to roll out service enhancements.
